• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You purchase the Service or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 7 days from the day on which We receive the Cancellation request. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 days, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Service to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The Service were purchased in the last 30 days
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our web hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your subscription, you are eligible for a full refund.

The following Service cannot be Refunded:

• Certain fees are non-refundable, including, but not limited to, fees for dedicated servers, domain registrations, reseller hosting and other products or services offered by the Company.
• Any add-ons or additional services purchased beyond the standard hosting plan are non-refundable.
• Please note that we do not offer returns or cancellations for the following: installation fees, VPS, dedicated servers, SSL certificates, domain privacy, domain names, licenses, or custom software installations.
• Web Hosting Website Design / Server Setup: No refund once work done.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Service may be refunded. Unfortunately, Services on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Termination and Cancellation

Cancellation by Customer:

You can cancel your hosting service at any time. If you cancel within the first 30 days, you qualify for a refund under our money-back guarantee. Cancellations made after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellation by KosmicWeb:

KosmicWeb.com reserves the right to terminate services at our discretion. If we terminate your service, we will issue a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of your hosting service, where applicable.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to change this refund policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and by continuing to use our services, you accept the revised policy.
